Bolton go into the visit of Stoke desperate to get their first home win of the season. The Trotters have endured a torried time at the Reebok Stadium this season - losing all five of their Barclays Premier League matches there so far. Owen Coyle’s side have won just one of their last nine league matches and in suffering defeat to Swansea last weekend. Stoke suffered their first home Barclays Premier League defeat of the season with a 3-1 reverse against Newcastle on Monday evening and have lost three of their five league matches away from the Britannia Stadium. The Potters have won just won of their last six Barclays Premier League games and have not won at Bolton since returning to the top flight in 2008. However the last time the two clubs met was in the FA Cup semi-final last season where the Potters won 5-0.
