Swansea’s unbeaten home record will face its sternest test yet when Barclays Premier League champions Manchester United arrive in South Wales. The Swans have won their last three games at the Liberty Stadium, seeing off West Brom, Stoke and, most recently, Bolton, who became the first visiting team to find the net in a 3-1 defeat.
Amazingly, United have never won in Swansea, their last trip ending in a goalless draw back in 1982. Sir Alex Ferguson's side have bounced back from their 6-1 derby drubbing against City by recording four wins in all competitions without conceding a goal. The champions picked up back-to-back 1-0 victories in the Barclays Premier League against Everton and Sunderland. They could do with Wayne Rooney recapturing some of his early-season form - the England striker scored nine goals in his first five matches but has not found the net in his last five.
