At the other end of the table Wolves and Bolton prepare for a crucial six-pointer. The Molineux outfit have been in woeful form of late, four straight defeats leaving them rooted to the foot of the Premier League. Terry Connor needs a positive result as Wolves are four points behind Bolton in 17th, with the Trotters having played a game less. Bolton come into the match in good form and, despite the club still reeling from the absence of Fabrice Muamba who suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this month, they have won their last two league games. History as well as form is also very much on Bolton's side as they have won their last four games against Wolves, with their last trip to Molineux in late 2010 ending in a 3-2 triumph for the visitors.
• Bolton have earned 16 points in their head to head games with the other teams in the current bottom five, six more than the next highest haul which is Wolves with 10.
