Swansea will look to carry momentum from their giant-killing of Manchester City into their trip to Fulham in the Premier League this weekend. Brendan Rodgers' men caused an upset at the Liberty Stadium last Sunday when substitute Luke Moore's late winner handed the hosts a shock 1-0 victory to put a dent in City's title ambitions. Finishing in the top half of the standings is a genuine possibility for the Welsh club and they could crack the top 10 with victory at Craven Cottage. Fulham are level on points with the promoted Swans and sit one place above in 10th on goal difference as they also target a top-10 finish this term. The Cottagers' saw a run of three successive wins grind to a halt last weekend when they suffered a last-gasp 1-0 defeat at Aston Villa as substitute Andreas Weimann fired home in the dying seconds of stoppage time. That late loss highlights a worrying trend for Martin Jol’s side this term as 15 of their 31 goals conceded have come in the final five minutes of a half.

• Clint Dempsey has scored 12 goals in his last 10 appearances at Craven Cottage in all competitions and nine in the last five.
• Swansea have won two of their last three trips on the road and three of the last five, which is the second best return in the division.
