A mio parere, buono nel primo tempo (con tanto di inserimento e assist nel gol di Nasri), abbastanza calato nel secondo tempo dove il WBA ha preso campo e lui poteva avere maggior peso in quella fase.

è che io confido molto in lui e nella sua crescita.. spero davvero possa diventare importante nelle prox stagioni.. secondo me ha le potenzialità giuste, e quest'anno poter giocare di più dovrebbe servirgli

Un paio di consolazioni per provare a dimenticare la prova di ieri:

Il catalano ha ben chiaro il compagno di reparto che vorrebbe avere al fianco: Xabi Alonso... E ripensando alla partita di ieri, forse i problemi di gioco (senza Fabregas) sono stati alla pari di quelli difensivi se non superiori, per cui in questo senso ieri uno Xabi Alonso sarebbe stato fondamentale...

Poi, alcune parole abbastanza belle sulla sua posizione all'Arsenal, affermando che lui si sente privilegiato:

Traduco velocemente i punti più importanti: questo club ha qualcosa di speciale che gli altri non hanno. Ho diversi amici in Spagna e in Italia e quando parlo sugli altri club mi rendo conto di quanto sono privilegiato ad essere qui. Non voglio perderlo (questo privilegio). Sento che questa è la mia casa adesso.

Bè, mi viene difficile legare uno spagnolo come Fabregas "a vita" per questo club, specialmente in un calcio come quello odieno, ma sono comunque delle belle parole queste...

Infine, una delle cose su cui batto da un po' di tempo: la fascia da capitano:

"But if the boss thinks in one or two years I am ready to be captain, I will take the armband."

Credo proprio che se davvero Fabregas dovesse restare a lungo nel club (congiuntivi e condizionali sono d'obbligo ), non dovrebbe passare molto tempo per vederlo con questa fascia.
